Chai or Tea is a combination of spices with tea leaves and milk which is considered as a delicious and healthy beverage. An Indian recipe for Chai includes tea leaves, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, and fennel which are considered as healthy ingredients in Ayurveda. Milk enhances the taste and makes it a richer as well as a healthier beverage. People with lactose intolerance can use soymilk or rice milk or almond milk.
