Fitness Trends Of 2017
Fitness Trends Of 2017 : Fitness is one arena where people join with a great deal of enthusiasm (which obviously doesn’t last too long). Be it gyms or aerobic centers, people pay upfront while joining but the wish to get fit dies soon. They either stop exercising or get enrolled in some other fitness class. What they fail to understand is that fitness needs dedication and patience. Your body needs time to get back into proper shape. Simply desiring doesn’t solve anything. You have to work hard towards making it true.
Fitness Trends of 2017
Every once in a while fitness industry witnesses drastic changes like, introduction of new fitness classes, modifications in existing exercise patterns, etc. For instance, initially people used to do Yoga. Then came the trend of power yoga. Now people have gone a step ahead and mixed it with other forms of training and designed a hybrid system. Similarly, there was a time when normal gymming was done, which included cardio and weight training. But now people are into power training using modernized equipments. Even the exercises have changed to suit human anatomy, making your workout completely scientific. Now let’s see what fitness trends will be prevalent in 2017.
Technology is growing at a phenomenal speed. Now instead of wearing regular watches, people are opting for smart-watches that not only tell time but also keep track of your physical activity. Some of the popular smart wearables are Fitbit, Apple Watch, Titan Juxt etc. Put on a smart-watch on your wrist and it will track your day’s physical activity, like telling you about number of steps you have walked, kilometers you have walked or run, flight of stairs you have climbed, calories you have burned and many more things.
One of the upcomin fitness trends is that of open gyms which are modern akhadas (traditional gyms). Instead of sweating in air-conditioners people are preferring to gym in open air. Such gyms not only focus on fitness but also on increasing raw strength of a person by using exercises like wall climbing, rappelling, jumping, lifting etc. Nothing like traditional workout regimes.
Hybrid fitness classes
In 2017, you’ll also find a growing trend of hybrid fitness classes wherein your fitness regime will include a variety of exercises. For example, Day 1 would be cardio, Day 2 would include aerobics, Day 3 would be Zumba, Day 4 would be light weight training, Day 5 would be dance cardio and Day 6 would be Yoga and stretching or something along similar lines. Hybrid classes are getting traction as people get to do everything without having to enroll in different classes.
One of the best fat burning exercises you’ll find in 2017 is bear crawling. It is similar to planks but is slightly tougher as you have to move while exercising. The exercise is quite effective and will provide better results than regular planks.
High Energy Athletic Training (HEAT)
For those who want to increase their muscular strength and stamina must look out for HEAT. It involves scientific training to increase overall strength. It uses sports theories to increase strength.
So buckle up and get ready to lose……….WEIGHT!!!
