Egg Half fry is a simple and Indian recipe of consuming eggs for breakfast which is served with toast or Paratha. Egg half fry is a quick and easy snack for breakfast. You only require eggs, edible oil, salt, and black pepper to make Half Fry. Heat a Tawa with oil. Break the egg with and cook it for 1-2 minutes. Remove it from heat, sprinkle red chilli powder and salt. Serve with toast or Paratha.
