What made you take up fitness seriously / what brought you into bodybuilding?
It all started with a mere weight loss aim, i was not lazy but a foodie, suffering from depression and panic attacks. I used grazing on food as my escape to those panic attacks, and it led to an unhealthy and more unwell me. Finally i decided to change it all and have a control on my body and mind, i joined a gym when my weight reached 65 kgs and my results started showing up after 6 months of training and diet control. I lost 15 kilos and reduced my weight to 48 kgs, but soon i realised that being underweight is as bad as being overweight, i started looking pale. Finally i started eating to gain good weight and reached 56 kgs with good diet and workout regimen. My aim of being healthy became my passion and soon this passion turned into profession in 2014, when i competed in my first ever fitness show as a bikini competitor in MUSCLEMANIA INDIA 2014, i was placed 2nd, i believe that was the beginning and after that i never looked back.

What keeps you motivated?
My motivation comes from within, i do not believe in looking up to others to get motivated, its all within you. You want to do it you do it, if you do not want to, nothing else  can make you do it.

What is your favourite workout and your favourite body part to exercise?
I have 4 favourite exercises squats, love the pump after a hardcore squat session, and definitely best for lower body and abdominals. One arm dumbbell rowing- best to have that curve. Deadlift- pushes me more than any exercise to gain strength and lift heavier. Bicep curls, i love my biceps…only reason.

What is your favourite food?
My favourite food is salad, its healthy, quick to make and yummy.

What is your cheat meal?
My favourite cheat meal is always a chocolate bar, dark chocolates ate my favourite.

What supplements have you used and which ones do you find the best?
Supplements that i always take are
QNT DELICIOUS WHEY-to keep protein intake
QNT DAILY VITAMINS:- to keep my vitamins and minerals at levels
QNT L-Carnitine- for better metabolism
QNT CLA-  for good fats.

What is one fitness advice you would like to give every beginner?
My advice to all fitness enthusiasts is, just understand your body well, do not just go after fad diets. Know what you need to feed your body with and keep working out. Follow a natural and healthy diet, take required supplements and never go for drugs or ergogenic aids.
