Sev is a fried food and not prepared naturally. It contributes to unhealthy addition of calories and fried food to the platter. Puris are also fried and if you are looking for low calorie snack then avoid adding Puri or opt for baked Puris to remove unwanted calories and oil. Raw mango contains vitamin A and vitamin C.  Green sauce is made of coriander, mint leaves and green chillies which are extremely healthy.  Tamarind and Jaggery sauce acts as a sweetener.
