Kulcha is a spongy Indian flatbreads served with curries. Kulcha is prepared from Maida or white refined flour. Kulcha is leavened with baking powder & whole milk yoghurt. A filling of mashed potatoes or Paneer or Peas is used while preparing Kulcha along with other spices that are mixed with the dough. The cooking method of Kulcha is similar to that of Naan.
